The Safety Steering Team exists to promote a culture of safety, safety compliance and shared responsibility by providing technical expertise, quality educational safety programs, supportive safety consultation, and active promotion of valid safety initiatives where every employee returns home to their families as a whole person.
It is the purpose of the Wellness Steering Team to suggest, coordinate, and implement fun, effective, affordable events, competitions, and education for all City employees.
   
  •  People Committee
The purpose of the People Committee is to serve the community through a skilled and engaged workforce by energizing and engaging the workforce, developing employees through skills training, rewarding high-performing employees and coaching under-performing employees, and building a leadership pipeline/talent pool to ensure leadership continuity.
