The property must have been vandalized within the jurisdiction of the City of Manitowoc. Please call 920-686-6500 for an officer, if your property was vandalized and a possible suspect can be named.

Self-reporting Statement Form this form is to be used for official Manitowoc Police Reports. Your written statement will be forwarded to the investigating officer of your complaint.

Thank You for participating in the Manitowoc Police Department's self-reporting program. Being the victim of any crime is an unpleasant experience. By allowing the Manitowoc Police Department to respond to your loss in this self-reporting manner, our neighborhood patrol officers will be better able to focus their efforts on crime prevention endeavors and those emergency calls for service which require an immediate on-scene response.
