Thank You for participating in the Manitowoc Police Department's self-reporting program. Being the victim of any crime is an unpleasant experience. By allowing the Manitowoc Police Department to respond to your loss in this self-reporting manner, our neighborhood patrol officers will be better able to focus their efforts on crime prevention endeavors and those emergency calls for service which require an immediate on-scene response.
Once you complete all the necessary information onto the form, please e-mail the form to jchristensen@manitowoc.org or print your form and mail to the Manitowoc Police Dept. 910 Jay St., Manitowoc, WI 54220 |
