On April 6, 2009, the Common Council Adopted Parking Restrictions for Street Sweeping in an effort to comply with the City's Municipal Storm Water Discharge Permit. The new parking restrictions were published in the Herald Times Reporter on April 20, 2009 and became effective on April 21, 2009.
The street sweeping parking restrictions are in effect from April 1st to September 30th of each year from 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. in the designated districts.
