1.
What do I do if my sewer backs up?
Call The Department of Public Works at (920) 683-4085. They can check the street lateral. If that is clear, you will need to check for roots in your sewer.
2.
Can you find items (like rings or earrings) that have been dropped down my sink?
Usually not. Our process is unable to separate out small items like that.
3.
What are the sewer rates?
Sewer rates are listed in City of Manitowoc
Ordinance 25.
4.
What type of training do I need to work at a WWTF?
Classes in wastewater processes and WI DNR certification are the best.
