Records Division
The Manitowoc Police Department Records Division consists of 7 full time clerks and one part time clerk.  Record division responsibilities:

• open records requests
• accident reports
• fingerprint records
• warrants
• sex offender information
• citation and court processing

In addition, the staff is responsible for information on crime and arrest reports which include detailed data on offenses cleared and persons arrested.  The clerks also receive numerous phone calls and assist with citizen complaints at the police department.
