• Parking ticket number (example: 1050523 or 320000962)
• License plate number (example: 123ABC)
• State / Province (example: Wisconsin)
• Name
• Address
• Credit card number
• Expiration date of credit card
• CVV code (back of credit card)
• Agency code: 4232

Once your transaction is complete, you will be provided with a confirmation number as a record of your payment. You MUST receive a confirmation number in order for the payment process to be completed. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as Manitowoc, WI Parking I-IVR.
