The Engineering Department is responsible for all activity in the Right of Way. Items relating to this responsibility are:
- Public Works Capital Infrastructure development and improvements
- Development of a Five-year capital plan
- Budget projects
- Design projects
- Bid construction projects
- Inspection - sewers, watermain, paving
- Mapping - utilities, elevations, laterals, benchmarks, legal info
- Special assessments
- Survey public Right-of-Way
