Welcome!

The Recreation Division has been innovative in providing a variety of activities for the youth and adults of the community while keeping activities affordable and utilizing space available to the maximum benefit for the program and the participants.  Another area the Recreation division works hard to keep up to date is staff training.

Division Responsibilities:

The Recreation Division has the following responsibilities:

organize, plan and develop a diversified program of recreation activities for all ages.
recruit and train appropriate personnel to supervise programs and facilities.
operate, maintain and staff the Municipal pool and Red Arrow Beach.
schedule school activities and classes at various department facilities.
schedule all activities at Metro Stage.
cooperate with and assist community organizations in planning and scheduling recreational events.

Programs

The Recreation Division offers a wide range of programs for youth and adults.  Patrons can browse and register for programs using our new eConnect Online Registration System.  To register, you must first create a family account or login using your current family account information on the system.  For more information or if you have forgotten your Individual Barcode or Family PIN numbers, please call our office at 683-4530.
