Alien Drop Raffle
Always a crowd pleaser, watch as the Manitowoc Fire Department ladder truck rises high above the Sputnik crash site to drop the bucket full of "aliens" over the brass marker in the street. The "alien" closest to the center of the brass ring is the grand prize winner.
