The City of Manitowoc received 2,564 absentee ballots out of 3,011 that were sent for the April 6, 2021 Spring Election.

The City of Manitowoc received zero (0) Provisional Ballots for the April 6, 2021 Spring Election. 

Nursing Home Notice Special Voting Deputies - Tele-visits are scheduled to meet the Wisconsin Elections Commission requirement to confirm that physical access to the facility will not be granted for the April 6, 2021 Spring Election. Absentee ballots will be sent to those residents with absentee ballot applications on file. Voter Photo ID is required to receive a ballot in all special and regular elections. Please be prepared with your photo ID at the next election. Election Inspectors will be required through legislative action to ask for Voter Photo ID, along with a voter's signature to receive a ballot.

As typical with past elections for Wisconsin State Voter Registration applications, voters are still required to provide proof of residence when registering to vote.
