The Senior Center offers a variety of fitness classes to its members as well as a fitness room! Listed below are some of the classes as well as the equipment we available in the fitness room! 

Fitness Classes: (Punch Card required)

  • EZ Does It Line Dancing
  • Line Dancing
  • Senior Strength
  • Tai Chi 
    • Beginners starts in January for 6 months
    • Advanced must go through beginners class first
  • Walk Away the Pounds
