Special Events Organized by the City of Manitowoc & Who to Contact

Organizing a Special Event on City of Manitowoc Property or Right-of-Way

**Due to the COVID-19 virus, outdoor special events for more than 100 people must provide the City of Manitowoc a plan on how socially distancing will be maintained along with a plan for sanitizing and cleaning for the event.  Due to orders by Governor Evers & the Manitowoc Common Council, masks are required whenever inside a city facility, including rented facilities.**
For events at the Manitowoc Public Library, call (920) 686-3000, or for the Rahr West Art Museum, call (920) 686-3090.
