COVID19 Department Public Access

To promote health and wellness during this time please consider using email services for permitting and minor plan review submittals. Staff will continue to answer customer questions by phone at (920) 686-6940 or by Department Email


Applicants may submit permit forms and minor plan reviews via email by using the Form Gallery.

Drop Box

Applicants may drop off permit forms and minor plan review in the Drop Box on the West side of City Hall located at 900 Quay Street.

In the interest of keeping our community safe and well during this time we ask that applicants who need to visit the public service counter consider Email or Drop Box options.
