Welcome to the City of Manitowoc Comprehensive Plan Update

The City of Manitowoc will hold a joint public hearing of the Plan Commission and City Council to gather public inputs and feedback on the Final Draft 2023 Comprehensive Plan Update on Monday, April 17, at 6:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers at City Hall, 900 Quay Street, Manitowoc, WI. Following the public hearing, the Plan Commission will consider recommending the plan to the City Council for adoption. The City Council will also consider adoption of the plan at this meeting.

We encourage you to attend if you are interested in learning more about the plan. 

All comments on the Comprehensive Plan should be submitted before the public hearing date to City Planner Paul Braun at (920) 686-6930 or pbraun@manitowoc.org. All comments will be forwarded to the City of Manitowoc Plan Commission and City Council for their consideration.
