Summary Requirements
- Exceeds the limits of a permitted Home Occupation
- Conditional Use Permit (CUP) required by MMC 15.370(27)
- Shall be located entirely within the primary residence and not more than one accessory building
- Shall be located in a Residential Zoning District
- Operation hours limited to 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Shall not infringe upon the rights of neighboring residents
- Non-transferrable
