As the Packers celebrate a century of football in Green Bay, we’ll head back to the very beginning and bring you all the way to 2019 during this football lovers tour! Your day begins with a historical tour of the Packers Heritage Trail as we see more than 25 locations that are legendary in Packers history throughout the city of Green Bay on a fully narrated tour! After that, it’s lunch at the 1919 inside Lambeau Field where you’ll choose from 3 delicious entrees and enjoy the fabulous Chocolate Chip Skillet dessert with vanilla ice cream! Then, walk off your lunch on the 90 minute Champions Tour of Lambeau Field before heading to the Hall of Fame where you can see artifacts and hear more great stories of the Packers 100 years history. The day ends with some shopping in the 26,000 square foot Packer Pro Shop. We’ll send you home with a commemorative souvenir of your day in Green Bay. Come on along on our Halloween Mystery Trip! We'll be heaing in the direction that autumn colors firstly appear and keeping an eye out for gats, bucca and mysterious spirits as we draw near! A delicious lunch is included on this trip and is sure to please. Choose from 1: Spinach & Shrimp Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing 2: Club Sandwich with chips or 3: Juicy Chicken Breast with chips. All meals come with soft drink and pie. Trip will take place rain or shine. Please dress for the weather. A continental breakfast will be served on board as we head out on our ghostly adventure. I, the undersigned, in full recognition and appreciation of any dangers and hazards inherent in the activities to which I, or my child, will be exposed as a volunteer for the City of Manitowoc, do hereby voluntarily agree to assume all of the risk and responsibilities surrounding my, or my child’s, participation, and further, I do for myself, my child, my heirs, and personal representative(s) hereby agree to defend, hold harmless, indemnify, release and forever discharge the City of Manitowoc, its affiliated, officers, officials, departments, committees, employees, agents, representatives, successors, assigns and volunteers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of actions of any sort on account of my, or my child’s participation, including but not limited to damage to personal property, personal injury, or death which may result. I further understand that any costs incurred for medical treatment or illness or injury resulting from participation shall be my sole responsibility.
I, the undersigned, agree and intent that this Release, Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnification Agreement extends to all acts or otherwise and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of Wisconsin in which the activities are being conducted and that if any portion thereof is held to be invalid, it is agreed that the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full legal force and effect.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT, AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS. I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT AND INTEND BY MY SIGNATURE(S) TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
If the participant cancels the activity for any reason there will be a $2.00 cancellation fee. If the program is cancelled by the organization the fee will not apply and the participant will get the full refund.
