Santa is Coming to Manitowoc!

New Logo

Santa - Jeff TessDue to the COVID-19 public health emergency, there will not be a 2020 Lakeshore Holiday Parade. However, Santa Claus is still coming to town.

"Santa Claus is Coming to Manitowoc" every Wednesday evening until Christmas. Santa's special ride, accompanied by Manitowoc Police and Fire Rescue Department vehicles, will visit a different section of the City each week from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Santa will visit your part of the city on your street sweeping day.  For a closer breakdown of each week's route, click on the date links below!
(Click here, enter your address and find out when Santa will be in YOUR neighborhood!)

While Santa will be safely secured in his sleigh as he visits our community, he asks for residents to continue to practice COVID-19 safety precautions. Santa encourages Manitowoc residents to wave to him from inside their homes if he's going past, but if you watch Santa from a public location or from another location in your neighborhood on his route, please refrain from gathering in groups of 10 or more. Santa encourages everyone to stay on his “nice” list by wearing your face covering, keeping your distance, and washing your hands.

The map below is where Santa will be traveling throughout the five weeks.  Since Santa will be escorted by a large fire engine and a police car, it's not possible to go up and down each and every street in the city, so routes have been adjusted.  If Santa isn't coming directly past your home, we hope you'll go to a neighboring street and see him go by!
