Responsibilities

The Engineering Department is responsible for all activity in the Right of Way. Items relating to this responsibility are:

• Public Works Capital Infrastructure development and improvements
• Development of a Five-year capital plan
• Budget projects
• Design projects
• Bid construction projects
• Inspection - sewers, watermain, paving
• Mapping - utilities, elevations, laterals, benchmarks, legal info
• Special assessments
• Survey public Right-of-Way
