The City of Manitowoc Engineering Department administers right-of-way
permits through an online application.

 

Permits available online are: ROW Excavation and ROW Use Permits

Please Register with the City of Manitowoc to do work within the right-of-way.

If you have already registered, you are ready to apply for permits.

Right-of-Way Excavation Permit Fee: $90

Right-of-Way Use Permit Fee: No Fee

You can view the activity map and view right-of-way uses in or near your neighborhood.
