Ever set out to create a meal that looks as good as it tastes only to settle for a can of Beefaroni because you got discouraged? Or, perhaps, you’d just like to cook a really nice everyday meal, but don’t have the know-how? Manitowoc Public Library is teaming up with local chef, Andrew Dunbar, for a virtual cooking class series. These once-monthly classes will demystify the process for you! Andrew will demonstrate from his home kitchen how simple it is to make restaurant-quality dishes without having to purchase fancy equipment or ingredients. The first installment will feature a mushroom and leek stuffed tomato with hanger steak & chimichuri. This is a budget gourmet experience, folks! Level 1 Sommelier, Eric Mueller, will also be in the mix, to offer suggested wine pairings.
