To vote in Wisconsin you need to be registered. You can register any time up to and including election day. Before an election, you can register in person at the city clerk's office, or by completing a voter registration application and mailing it to Manitowoc City Clerk at 900 Quay Street. Proof of Residency in now required when registering to vote.
