Hot dog! Support your local Police Explorers! The Manitowoc Police Department is hosting a Brat Fry Fundraiser at the Festival Foods' Brat Barn for its Police Explorer Troop. In addition to the usual grilled fare (hamburgers, brats, and of course, hot dogs), the kids will be able to meet McGruff from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, there will be games for the kids, and demonstrations from the Explorers.
