The City of Manitowoc needs your input to create a new Downtown Master Plan – a roadmap for the future development and improvement of the downtown.  If you or anyone you know was not able to participate in the kick-off event at the Capitol Civic Center, just go to the Downtown Master Plan project website, and you can access the presentation and answer the same questions that we discussed that night.

• What is great about the downtown? What’s missing?
• What important places should be preserved ? Changed?
• What transportation barriers do you experience ?
• What is the role of the downtown, and how should that change ?
