The City of Manitowoc has declared a snow emergency. No parking will be allowed on any City streets from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. THURSDAY, JANUARY 24TH. Please remove your vehicles from the street before going to bed tonight. A $50 citation will be issued to the registered owner of any vehicle left on any city street.
