The City of Manitowoc is pleased to announce the 5422Home Down Payment Assistance Program as part of the city’s Healthy Neighborhood Initiative. 5422Home is an affordable financing assistance option for home buyers seeking to purchase a new home.

5422Home is designed to promote home ownership pride in the City of Manitowoc and is eligible to both first time home buyers and buyers new to Manitowoc. Eligible program participants seeking to purchase property within the program area could receive a 5-year forgivable loan up to $5,000 as down payment assistance.
