NOTICE OF JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING CONCERNING THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT FOR TAX INCREMENT DISTRICT (TID) NO. 20  IN THE CITY OF MANITOWOC

Please take note that on Wednesday June 26, 2019, at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter, the Manitowoc Joint Review Board (JRB) will be holding its final meeting concerning the City of Manitowoc’s request to amend TID No. 20.  The meeting will be held in the City Hall 2nd Floor Conference Room at Manitowoc City Hall, 900 Quay St. Manitowoc, WI 54220.  The TID No. 20 district boundary and Project Plan is being amended for the purpose of repurposing industrial and underutilized property. As part of the Project Plan, cash grants may be made by the City to owners, lessees, or developers of property within proposed TID No. 20 amendment boundary.  The purpose of the final JRB meeting is for the Joint Review Board to review the TID boundary and Project Plan amendments and consider approval of the Common Council’s resolution amending TID No. 20.  If you have any questions concerning the proposed TID amendment, please contact April Kroner, Community Development Director, at (920)686-6930, or by email at akroner@manitowoc.org.  All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting.
