This year Trick-or-Treating will be held on Saturday, October 31st, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. in the City of Manitowoc. Please be sure follow the COVID-19 safe trick-or-treating guidelines and turn ON your porch light if you wish to participate.
