- Canned Vegetables and Beans
- Canned Fruit
- Canned Fish and Meat: Tuna, Chicken, Ham, etc.
- Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, and Tomato Paste
- Cereal and Breakfast Foods
- Peanut Butter
- Boxed and Canned Meals: Soup, Spaghettio's, Mac & Cheese, Hamburger Helper, Tuna Helper, etc.)
- Pasta and Rice
- Powdered, Canned or Shelf-Stable Milk
- Juice ... shelf-stable plastic bottles or juice boxes
