Mayor Justin Nickels and District 3 Alderman Michael Cummings will be holding a listening session coming up on Thursday, February 10th, 2022.  The listening session begins at 6 p.m., and will be held in Council Chambers located at 900 Quay Street in Manitowoc.  This purpose of these listening sessions with individual Aldermen and the Mayor is to hear your questions, concerns, and comments.
