Rahr-West Art Museum mansion and grounds

Come to rejuvenate your whole-being through fun, enjoyable movement on the newly renovated Rahr-West Art Museum East Lawn. Enhance your flexibility, fluidity, balance, and strength. The style of these classes is inspired by yoga and dance. All skill levels are invited.

Taught by Susan Quinn-Mrotek, Dance and Movement Coach, Fitness Instructor, and Educator. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your mat/towel.

Classes are held on the beautiful East Lawn of the Rahr-West. In case of rain, classes will relocate inside the museum.

3 Mondays: August 15, 22, 29 at 9 a.m.

Members: $10 per class/Non-Members: $20 per class
