This year Trick-or-Treat will be held on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the City of Manitowoc. If you wish to participate please turn ON your porch light.

Safety Tips:

• Travel with an adult
• Bring a flashlight
• Only visit well-lit homes
• Never enter a stranger's home
• Sort your candy before eating
