The City of Manitowoc 2023 WPDES Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit Annual Report and Program Updates are available for review by the public on the City’s Stormwater Website http://www.manitowoc.org/415/Annual-Report and at the City Engineering Office, 900 Quay Street.
Please contact the City Engineering Department at (920) 686-6910 with any comments and/or questions about the report or updates. The Annual Report is due to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) on March 31, 2024 pursuant to s. NR 216.07(8), Wis. Adm. Code. The City intends to submit the report after Council approval on March 18th, 2024.
