Pursuant to Wisconsin Act 440 effective June 1, 1997, we have been notified that On August 14, 2012, ROBERT R. SCHINDLER, will be released from prison. He will reside in the City of Manitowoc. He has a conviction for Forced Incest- [944.06], 3rd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child [940.225(3)], 4th Degree Sexual Assault of a Child [940.225(3m)], Repeater [939.62(1)]. His targeted victims have been minor and young adult female relatives. SCHINDLER is on supervision with WISCONSIN Probation and Parole and must comply with the following rules:
1. No unsupervised contact with minors; no taverns/bars/liquor stores; no contact with
victims; not to consume alcohol or drugs.
2. Comply with standard sex offender rules; cooperate with electronic monitoring.
3. Face-to-face contact with law enforcement required; comply with all requirements and
lifetime registration of WI Sex Offender Registration Program
