The City of Manitowoc had declared a snow emergency. No parking will be allowed on any City streets from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. WEDBESDAY, JANUARY 15TH. Please remove your vehicles from the street before going to bed tonight. A $50 citation will be issued to the registered owner of any vehicle left on any City street.
