The Manitowoc Police Department and Chief Oscar Dick is proud to announce that Jason Freiboth was promoted to Patrol Captain on July 20, 2010. Freiboth was hired as a patrolman in 1997 and assigned to the 2nd shift. In 2005, Freiboth was promoted to Patrol Sergeant and then Patrol Lieutenant in 2008. Captain Freiboth will continue his duties on the second shift, replacing retired captain, Kevin Rocklewitz. We offer congratulations to this well warranted promotion.
