The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning.
The Manitowoc Fire Department has opened the severe weather shelters. They are located at the four fire stations:
Station One- 911 Franklin Street
Station Two-1410 N. 8th Street
Station Three- 3820 Dewey Street
Station Four- 1125 Fleetwood Drive
