When is a permit required?
A permit is required prior to beginning a project that involves new construction, additions, alterations, repairs, demolitions, and electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work. Projects may require more than one type of permit and a plan review. When in doubt, please contact Building Inspection at (920) 686-6940.
