General Information
Miracles Park (formerly known as Dewey Street Park) is a neighborhood park where you can gather with friends and family.  The 26.51 acre park contains the Regional X-sports compleX skate park, the Goodwill NCW Miracle Field of Dreams, a ball diamond, a soccer field, and a concession stand with public restrooms.  Miracles Park also features Manitowoc's first fully-accessible playground with a wheelchair swing platform, bongos, and rubber surfacing.  The playground project is a joint venture between the City of Manitowoc and the Miracle League of the Lakeshore.  A vehicle entrance to the park along with a small parking lot can be found off of South 35th Street.

X-sports CompleX

The X-sports compleX at Miracles Park is Manitowoc's first skateboarding complex. The complex is open year-round; however, the Manitowoc Public School District parking lot adjoining the complex to the north is not plowed in winter.

In spring 2001, a group called Citizens for Skateboarding - Manitowoc Chapter, Inc. was formed to raise over $200,000 to build phase I of the skatepark.  The funds included a matching grant from the West Foundation.  An expansion project featuring new concrete ramps from 5th Pocket Skateparks was funded by the Friends of the Manitowoc Skatepark and the City of Manitowoc's Parkland Dedication Fund.  The Skatepark Expansion Opening Celebration was held on Saturday, July 13, 2019, and in 2020, lighting was added to the skatepark.

Goodwill NCW Miracle League Field of Dreams

The Miracle League of the Lakeshore, a Wisconsin unicorporated non-profit association, operating as a program of Goodwill Industries of North Central Wisconsin, constructed a baseball diamond facility that is accessible to, and usable by, people with special needs and physical limitations.  A grand opening for the ball diamond was held on June 14, 2014.  The project is expected to be completed in three phases (1 - Miracle League Field, 2 - Accessible Playground, and 3 - Bathroom Addition/Renovation).  For use of the rubberized ball diamond, please contact the Recreation Division at 920-686-3060.
